• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sunny Sea View Apartments are located 620 meters from the nearest beach and 1.5 kilometers from the center of Nea Potidea, at the entrance to the Kassandra peninsula. The property consists of two accommodation units: an apartment for 6–7 persons and a maisonette for 8–9 persons, which can be rented together or separately.

The apartment is situated on the elevated ground floor and features three bedrooms — one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. A spacious open-plan area includes a living room with a corner sofa and a kitchen with a dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

Guests have access to a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area, offering a distant sea view.

Maisonette

The maisonette extends over two levels, located on the first and second floors.

The first level includes a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

The second level features two bedrooms with double beds, a living room area with a small refrigerator and sink, and a second bathroom with a shower.

The maisonette also offers a spacious terrace with outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the sea in the distance.

Both accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue facilities and free private parking.
