Note

• Security deposit in the amount of €200 is paid on the day of arrival in case of any damage to the property and is returned on the day of departure.
• Minimum stay:
- 7 nights: 01.06 - 15.06. and 16.09 - 30.09.
- 5 nights: 16-06 - 15.09.
• Prices are expressed in € per accommodation unit/day.
• The listed prices are the official prices of the owner of the object, without any additional intermediary commission.
• Note: Tourist tax (€8 per day / per room) is not included in regular prices and is payable on site.
• When making a reservation, 30% of the total price is paid, the remaining 70% is paid upon arrival at the facility.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The apartment is located in the village Astris in the south of Thassos and has a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea, Athos and the islands of Samothraki and Limnos.The area is richly covered in Greek olive trees, which provide the necessary peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday. In the immediate vicinity are the most beautiful beaches of Thassos: Psiliamos, Notos (South Beach), Roso Gremos, Livadi, Aliki, Pefkari, Salonikios….

The apartment is an easy 10-15 min walk (800 m) from the beach. The nearest shop for basic supplies is at a distance of 1 km the nearest city, Potos, is 7 km away.

Accommodation

The villa, built in 2010, is a stone house in the local Thassos style and stands on a property of 480 m2.

The villa has two apartments of 100 m2, one of which is for rent (upper level) and in the apartment on the lower level lives the owner.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and large living room with kitchen and dining area. The living room opens onto a terrace with a beautiful view which is about 35 m2.

The apartment is fully equipped with all appliances that are necessary for a comfortable stay. Can accommodate maximum up to 6 persons including children.

Having in mind the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic and following the recommendations, our apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the arrival of each guest.

Before the arrival of each guest the apartment will be empty for at least 24 hours.
