Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

My Happy Place Apartments is located in Potos, just 50 meters from the beach. The property consists of two separate apartments. Both units are recently renovated, modernly furnished, and suitable for up to 5 guests.

Accommodation

Apartment 1 is designed for up to 5 persons and includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, and a terrace.

The bedroom is furnished with one double bed for two people. In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. If needed, an extra single bed can be added, increasing the total capacity to five people.

The kitchen is part of the apartment and equipped for everyday meal preparation. The bathroom includes a shower and basic sanitary elements. The apartment also has access to a private terrace with seating.

Apartment 2 accommodates up to 5 persons and has a similar layout, consisting of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, and terrace. The bedroom includes one double bed for two people. In the living room, there is a corner sofa bed for two persons, along with an additional armchair bed that can be used as a single bed.

The kitchen and bathroom are equipped for regular use during the stay. The apartment also features a terrace with outdoor seating.

Both apartments are air-conditioned and provide TV and Wi-Fi access. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, with the option to arrange more frequent changes directly with the owners.

Private parking is available near the property. Additionally, there are public parking options in the surrounding area – one nearby, another by the seaside promenade, and a third at the main intersection (charged approximately €3 per day).
