Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more. The refund will be realized after the summer season ends.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Studios Evis is located in the center of Potos, approximately 490 meters from the nearest beach. A supermarket, tavernas, cafés and other everyday amenities are located close to the property.

The accommodation is arranged within a two-story building and offers a total of 9 studios for 2 and 3 guests, designed to provide a comfortable stay with all the essential amenities for a relaxing holiday.

Accommodation

Studios Evis offers modern, spacious studios with tasteful furnishings and comfortable interiors.

Each studio features a private kitchenette equipped with cooking hobs, a refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster and a complete selection of kitchenware and utensils for preparing and serving meals.

All units also have a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, fast Starlink Wi-Fi, and a private balcony with an outdoor table and chairs.

The studios accommodate 2 or 3 guests and are suitable for both shorter and longer stays. Thanks to the reliable internet connection, they can also be a convenient choice for guests who need to work remotely during their holiday.

• ferry schedules and information for travelling to Thassos
• a digital accommodation guide
• recommendations for beaches, restaurants and other places on the island through a specially prepared Google Maps guide

The property features a spacious garden with Mediterranean vegetation, flowers and olive trees, as well as areas for relaxing outdoors. Guests can also use outdoor seating areas, umbrellas and a BBQ.

A fenced private parking area is also available to guests.

Welcome Gifts

As part of their welcome, the owners provide guests with basic breakfast essentials, together with a selection of homemade products from their family production.

Depending on seasonal availability, the welcome selection may include extra virgin olive oil, local honey, traditional tsipouro, homemade plum or apricot jam, and pomegranate liqueur.

These locally produced items give guests the opportunity to try some traditional products from the island and the surrounding region from the very beginning of their stay.

Housekeeping

Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are provided every 2–3 days, depending on the length of stay.

Izuzetni domaćini i lep smeštaj

Izuzetno prijatno iskustvo! Alex i Evi su divni domacini. Lepo su nas docekali i ispratili. Soba je bila cista, uredna sa modernim namestajem. U sobi nas je docekalo i malo posluzenje sto je bas bilo iznenadjujuce. Kuca se nalazi 6-7 minuta od centra potosa tako da je sve blizu. Smestaj je za svaku preporuku!
