Sea And Sand Studio is located 60 meters from the beach in Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula. Situated on the ground floor of the Thalassa & Almira Studios building, the studio is suitable for up to 3 guests.

Accommodation

The studio features one double bed and one single bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stovetop, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a terrace with outdoor seating furniture.

Private parking is not available, but free street parking is possible in the area around the property.
