Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Accommodation
The complex consists of a three-story villa, a spacious courtyard full of greenery and trees, a large private pool next to which there is a bar, an outdoor toilet, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue, a table and chairs, as well as a gazebo with seating furniture. The total capacity of this accommodation is 11 persons.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a large living room, a bedroom, a dining area, a toilet, and a kitchen. In the living room, there are two sofas – one sofa bed (for two persons) and another sofa on which one person can sleep. The living room also has an LCD Smart TV, a fireplace, and a fan. The kitchen is also located on the ground floor, and even professional chefs would envy it, as its level of equipment exceeds the standards of typical kitchens most commonly found in similar accommodations. It includes a large refrigerator, an oven, a stove with a flat cooktop, an extractor hood, cookware, utensils, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The toilet is equipped with a WC and a washbasin. The ground-floor bedroom has one double bed and a portable air-conditioning unit.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features one double bed, a wardrobe, a television, and an air-conditioning unit, while the second bedroom includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a fan, and a separate small room with one single bed. The bathroom, which is modernly designed and equipped with a shower cabin, a WC, and a washbasin, is located on this floor.
The last, third floor has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The first bedroom also includes an air-conditioning unit, a TV, and a wardrobe, while guests in the second bedroom can cool off with a fan.
Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as private parking.
Pets are allowed.
The entire accommodation is covered by free wireless internet.
