• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Perla Apartment is located 600 meters from the beach in Afitos, on the Kassandra peninsula. The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children and offers a side sea view.
Accommodation
The apartment features two bedrooms – one with a double bed, while the second is an open-plan sleeping area without a door, equipped with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed. The living room includes a sofa bed.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a stove with an oven. The private bathroom includes a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, free Wi-Fi internet access, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests can enjoy a terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area, offering a distant side view of the sea.
Private parking is not available, but guests can park free of charge on the street near the property or at a public parking area located 200 meters away.
