Description

Paradiso Apartment is located in Polychrono, 30 meters from the sea on the promenade.

Accommodation

The duplex is located on the second and third floor, has an area of 65 square meters and has 4 terraces of 20 square meters. It is located between the Miracle Café and the snack bar Meat Point in Polychrono.

On the first level there is a large living room with two pull-out beds (200x160), dining room and fully equipped large kitchen (electric stove, large refrigerator with freezer, kitchen hood, kitchen appliances, complete tableware set for 8 people), toilet with sink, smart TV 42" with installed Serbian channels, air conditioner and two large terraces.

On the second level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning. smart TV 32" and a large terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, air conditioning, TV 32" and has as a smaller terrace.

Wifi is available throughout the property.

Bed linen and towels are available for guests (2 sets of bed linen and towels to be changed during the stay). During the stay, guests maintain hygiene in the apartment, according to their needs, and no one enters the apartment during their stay, so they can have complete privacy. All cleaning agents are provided.

The apartment has a baby cot, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, mosquito nets and everything you need for a complete stay.

The building has a common yard. Parking is not provided, but guests can park their vehicle in the city parking lot near the apartment.

Najbolji apartman u kojem smo bili. Imate sve što vam je potrebno, sobe su prelepe, sve je kao na slikama. Vlasnici ljubazni, izlaze u susret, dočekali su nas srdačno, prosto smo bili oduševljeni. Sve preporuke.

Apartman je idealan za porodicu sa malom decom ili za veće društvo. Nalazi se na 30 metara od plaže i glavnog šetališta. U blizini apartmana nalaze se i prodavnice i taverne. Domaćini su veoma ljubazni i otvoreni za svaki vid saradnje.

Dve godine smo bili u ovom smestaju sa porodicom. Deca sama mogu da idu do plaze, smestaj je odlican. Domacini su veoma ljubazni i lako se mozes dogovoriti sa njima. Idemo opet ove godine. Sve preporuke

Blizina plaze, opremljenost smestaja, profesionalnost vlasnika, urednost i komfor za svaku preporuku! Vlasnici su bili veoma ljubazni, obezbedili su nam dodatne stvari i sitnice koje smo zahtevali a zaboravili. Proveli smo fenomenalnih 10 dana i uzivali u lepotama Kasandre i Polihrono.

Svaka preporuka za apartman! Sve navedeno u opisu, zaista smo pronasli u apartmanu. Odusevljena sam higijenom, lokacijom - u blizini je, po meni, najlepseg dela plaze u Polihronu (i beach bara "Miracle" :thumbsup😊. Vlasnici su cool 😎, rezervisali smo u zadnjem trenutku i izasli su nam u susret, sve pohvale!

Aprtman odlican, veoma cist (10/10), na manje od 20 metara od glavnog setalista i plaze, potpuno opremljen sa kupatilom i WC-om, veš mašinim, klimom u svakoj sobi, totalni full. Bio sam 2018, 2019, i sada 2021. godine. Vlasnici fenomenalni. Svaka preporuka...
