Maria Rooms is located in the village of Polychrono, on the Kassandra peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 225 meters from the beach. The property is situated near restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, shops, and other amenities intended for guests’ everyday needs. Apartments suitable for accommodating up to 4 persons are available.

Accommodation

Maria Rooms offers apartments organized to include a sleeping area, a kitchen or kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a terrace with a village view. All accommodation units are intended for a comfortable stay for families, couples, or smaller groups of guests.

The apartments are equipped with double and single beds, while some living rooms include sofa beds intended for additional accommodation. The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining area and organized for guests’ everyday stay.

The property also offers the Diamond apartment, which features a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartment includes a terrace with a table and chairs intended for guests’ outdoor stay.

The kitchens and kitchenettes are functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to an electric stove with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, basic cooking equipment, dishes for food preparation and serving, and a dining area.

Bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, towels, and hot water available throughout the day.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen and towels are available to guests, while bed linen and towel replacement is provided every four days.

Within the property, there is a small yard with artificial grass, outdoor seating furniture, and facilities intended for children. Guests also have access to a small outdoor playground with toys for children.
