• The above prices are in euros per room/per night with American buffet breakfast - BB.
• Child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
• A Child older than 12 years or an adult is charged 60 EUR per person per night using an existing bed.
• An additional person (child or adult) is charged 60 EUR per night. (using extra bed).
• Minimum stay - 3 nights for the periods 15/05/24-05/06/25 and 22/09/24-29/09/25 and 5 nights for all the other periods.
• A deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. 60% of total reservations need to be paid 21 days before arrival.
• Note: Tourist tax (10 € per day/per room) is not included in regular prices.

Cancelation policy
• Cancellations made up to 21 days before the arrival date: no penalty fee/deposit is refundable.
• Cancellations made within 21 to 7 days before the arrival date: penalty fee is 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival or in case of non-show or early departure: penalty fee is 100% of the total amount.
• Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is till 11:00.

This summer a brand new hotel complex opens its doors to the guests. We invite you to share the atmosphere of coziness and relaxation.

The hotel is located on Kassandra peninsula, (Chalkidiki, Northern Greece), in the small city of Hanioti, a popular tourist destination. Close to blue sea water with golden sand, you will discover hot Greek summer. Our hotel was created as a functional modern complex, planned specially for offering the superior quality services to our guests.
