Accommodation cancellation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description
Nikolas Villa is located in Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula, 250 meters from the beach. It can accommodate 14 people and offers a spacious garden with private parking.
Accommodation
The villa spreads over three levels.
The ground floor consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Each room has a double bed and an extra double sofa bed.
The first floor features an air-conditioned living room with two sofa beds and an extra double sofa bed, and a kitchen (stove, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine). There is also a terrace with an outdoor dining area.
The second floor offers a third air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace. An extra bed is also available.
The villa is equipped with air conditioners in every room, free Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests have access to a garden with a barbecue and free private parking for 2 vehicles.
