• Deposit of 35% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancellation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Nikolaos Mare Apartments are located in Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra Peninsula, just 40 meters from the nearest beach. Three accommodation units for 4 people are available - two apartments and one studio.

Accommodation

Apartments No. 1 & 2 have the same structure and equipment. Each consists of two levels - the first floor features a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, while the second floor offers a bedroom with a double bed. Kitchens include a large fridge with a freezer, a mini stove with an oven and three burners, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The private bathroom has a shower with a curtain. There are also terraces with outdoor seating and dining areas.

Studio No. 3 has a double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen (small refrigerator, mini stove with oven and two burners, coffee maker, toaster), a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street around the property.
