• If a reservation is canceled up to 20 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Matina Studios is located in Nikiana, on the island of Lefkada, 800 meters from the center and about 200 meters from the nearest beach. It offers accommodation for 2-3 people with a view of the garden or the sea, private parking, and an organized garden.

Accommodation

The complex offers two types of accommodation units.

Studios have a double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed, so they can accommodate 2-3 people. All studios have a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, and basic cookware.

Rooms are suitable for two people. They have double beds, but no kitchen.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, coffee makers, kettles, and toasters. Each has a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, as well as a terrace with a seating area and a view of the garden or the sea.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

Guests have at their disposal an organized yard with a view of the sea and free private parking.
