Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Mariannas House is located in the new part of Sarti, 100 meters from the beach, on the Sithonia peninsula. The center of Sarti is 950 meters away. The facility offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a spacious yard.

Accommodation

There are 4 studios available on the first floor. Each can accommodate up to 4 people and contains a double bed and 2 single beds. A baby cot is available for an extra charge.

The units have a kitchen that includes a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a small stove with two burners and an oven, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs.

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days, while the units are not cleaned during the stay.

The complex offers a spacious courtyard with two summerhouses and outdoor seating and dining areas. Private parking is not provided, but there is parking space on the street around the accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
