• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy

• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Luku Apartment 5.6 is located in a pleasant and quieter part of Paralia Ofrynio, about 500 m from the beach. The space is arranged in a simple and functional way, providing guests with a comfortable environment for a relaxing stay.

Accommodation

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and is organized to allow practical use of the space. The accommodation includes a living area, a kitchen with a dining section, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and basic storage furniture, while the rest of the space is intended for everyday living and relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, dishes and basic elements for preparing meals during your stay.

The apartment is air-conditioned, and guests also have access to an iron and ironing board, as well as a coffee machine. In front of the accommodation there is a table with chairs where guests can relax, enjoy a coffee, or have a meal outdoors.
