Description
Ledore Olympus Seaside Villas are located in Olympic Beach, in the Pieria regional unit, approximately 415 m from the beach. The complex consists of two villas, each accommodating up to 5 guests. Guests have access to a private swimming pool, free private parking, a landscaped courtyard, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet.
Accommodation
Each villa features one bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a sleeping loft, a private bathroom, and a private terrace with an outdoor seating area.The bedroom is furnished with a double bed for two guests, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a TV. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room, where there is a sofa bed suitable for one guest.
The loft contains two single pull-out beds with an additional mattress, providing sleeping space for two more guests. The loft is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a safe, an open wardrobe, shelving, an armchair, and bedside tables.
The living room includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, an armchair, and a breakfast bar with dining stools. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into this space, allowing guests to prepare meals during their stay.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, portable electric cooktop, dishwasher, complete cookware, and kitchen utensils for food preparation and serving.
The private bathroom includes a shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, and a storage cabinet. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, and shower gel.
Each villa also features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Mosquito screens are installed on all windows and terrace doors.
Every villa has a private terrace furnished with an outdoor dining table and six chairs, two sun loungers, and a sun umbrella.
Within the courtyard, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool reserved exclusively for the villa. One of the two villas also includes a private barbecue.
Free private parking is available within the complex.
The complex is situated in a quiet, newly built area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. A sandy beach is located nearby, while supermarkets and the center of Paralia are just a few minutes' drive away.
