• Check-in: after 15:00; Check-out: until 11:00.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to
confirm a booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid 14 days before
arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in
most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of a no-show, the total price is nonrefundable.

Akti Luxury Rooms & Apartments is located 70 meters from the beach in Olympic Beach, in the Pieria region. The complex offers apartments for 5–6 guests and studios for 2–3 guests.
Accommodation
There are 5 accommodation units in total.
Family Apartment with Two Bedrooms for 5 Guests – features two single beds in one bedroom, and a double and a single bed in the second bedroom.
Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment for 6 Guests – each bedroom features one double bed and one single bed.
Superior One-Bedroom Apartment for 5 Guests – features a double and a single bed, as well as a sofa bed.
Standard Studio for 2 Guests – features two single beds.
Comfort Studio for 3 Guests – features one single bed and one double bed.
Each unit has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, a safe, and a hairdryer. Daily cleaning service is provided, and each guest is provided with a set of towels.
Each unit has a private terrace with outdoor furniture.
Parking is not available.
