Description

Katerina Villa is located approximately 100 meters from the beach in Fourka, on the Kassandra Peninsula. The villa accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children and is part of an attractive complex featuring a garden and a children's playground.

Please note that the villa is situated on elevated ground, and guests need to walk downhill to reach the beach.

Accommodation

The villa is spread over three levels connected by stairs.

The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a toilet.

The first floor features two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. An air-conditioning unit is located in the hallway.

The second floor includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and an additional bathroom.

The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests can enjoy two terraces with sea views and outdoor seating and dining areas, as well as a private garden with a gazebo where barbecue facilities can be arranged upon request.

One private parking space is available. Additional parking can be found on the surrounding streets or in a public parking area located 100 meters from the property.
