• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

K Possidi Sea View Villas 4 has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and is suitable for up to 7 people. It is located in the town of Posida and is about 100 meters from the beach, and about 2 kilometers from the city beach of Posida.

Accommodation

The villa has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one has two single beds. There is also a living room with a corner set and a sofa, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. In the kitchen there is a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster. The unit has a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture, which has a view of the sea, as well as a garden with a barbecue that is available to guests.

The villa has 2 private bathrooms with a shower and hygiene accessories.
Free WiFi internet is available, as well as a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.
