• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid must be paid up to 30 days before arrival at the facility.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

K Possidi Sea View Villa 6 is located in Possidi on Kassandra and is about 200 meters from the beach. It is suitable for up to 6 adults with 2 children.

Accommodation

The unit on the ground floor has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there are two large sofas, a small coffee table and a TV. The room is connected to the kitchen, which also has a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and other kitchen accessories.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a private bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with only a sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa is equipped with a terrace with outdoor furniture and a beautifully landscaped yard, which offers guests a pleasant stay outdoors.
