• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance and the remaining 70% must be paid up to 30 days before arrival at the facility.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

K Possidi Maisonette is located in Posidi on Kassandra and is about 200 meters from the beach. It is suitable for up to 4 adults.

Accommodation 

The maisonette on the ground floor has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is a corner sofa, as well as a TV, and the unit is equipped with free WiFi internet. In the basement there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa is equipped with a terrace with outdoor furniture and a beautifully landscaped yard, which offers guests a pleasant stay outdoors. There is also a grill available for guests to use.
