Description
Irini Patira Studios & Apartments is located in the resort of Potos on the island of Thasos, approximately 1.5 km from the beach. The property is set in a quiet environment, within a spacious, well-maintained garden filled with greenery and featuring a swimming pool. It offers a variety of accommodation units suitable for 2 to 5 persons.
Accommodation
The complex consists of two renovated buildings within the same courtyard and offers studios and apartments of various types.
Double Studio (up to 2 persons)
This unit is located on the ground floor and features one double bed. The space includes a sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a separate bathroom with a shower. The studio has a terrace overlooking the courtyard.
Triple Studio (up to 3 persons)
These units are located on the first and second floors. Each studio includes one double bed and one single bed. The space is organized as an open-plan unit with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Each unit has a terrace with a garden view.
Quadruple Studio (up to 4 persons)
These units are situated on the ground floor and feature one double bed and two single beds. The space is organized as an open-plan unit with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Each unit has a terrace.
Five-Bedroom Apartment (up to 5 persons)
Apartments consist of two rooms – a bedroom and a second room with a kitchenette and additional beds. The bedroom includes a double bed. The second room features bunk beds with an additional pull-out bed or a combination of two joined single beds and one separate bed. The kitchenette is located in one of the rooms and is suitable for preparing light meals. The bathroom is separate and equipped with a shower. Apartments have a terrace.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, a safe, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets.
The kitchenette in all units includes a two-burner stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, and basic kitchenware. It is intended for the preparation of light meals only. Intensive cooking, including frying and extensive meal preparation, is not permitted.
Breakfast is served buffet style, and guests can also opt for half-board service, where they may choose a second meal from the restaurant’s menu.
Daily housekeeping is provided, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The property features a spacious and well-maintained courtyard with plenty of greenery, olive trees, and relaxation areas. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with sun loungers, a covered seating area, and a restaurant reserved for guests of the property. There is also a bar within the complex.
Private parking is available within the fenced courtyard and is free of charge.
