• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• 50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21days to 30 days, from the date of check in.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)

Ion Superior Villa is located 490 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia Peninsula. It accommodates up to 8 guests and features a garden and private parking.

Accommodation

The villa is a maisonette spread over two levels connected by stairs. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, and a two-burner cooktop.

The maisonette features three bedrooms with double beds – one is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the upper floor together with a bathroom.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi internet, and a TV.

Guests can enjoy a landscaped garden with barbecue facilities and free private parking.
