Description

House Ismini is located on the Sithonia peninsula, 110 meters from Aretes Beach and 5 kilometers from Toroni. There is only one tavern and a beach bar near the accommodation, so it is recommended for guests who want a quiet and intimate environment, outside the tourist centers.

The maisonette can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a yard, private parking, and free sunbeds on the beach.

Accommodation

The maisonette consists of two levels connected by stairs. The lower level is located in the semi-basement and contains three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. The second level (on the high ground floor level) consists of a living room with two sofas, a kitchen with a dining area, and an additional toilet.

The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a small fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a hair dryer. Please note that the maisonette is not air-conditioned. Cleaning is not done during the stay, and every 7 days guests receive clean sets of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves. Cleaning service is available upon request and at an additional cost.

Guests have at their disposal a terrace with an outdoor area for sitting and dining, as well as a yard with a barbecue, summer house, and sunbeds. Free sunbeds and umbrellas are provided on the beach, and free private parking is also available.
