• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• 20-7 days before arrival- 30% charge.
• 6-1 days before arrival - 50% charge.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Hotel Alexandra is located 400 meters from the beach in Nea Roda, on the Athos Peninsula. It is set close to the center and 100 meters from the nearest supermarket. It offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a garden and private parking.

Accommodation

The complex has a total of 16 studios divided into two buildings and distributed over the first and second floors.

• Studios for 2 persons - have a double bed or two joined single beds;
• Studios for 3 persons - have three single beds;
• Studios for 4 people - have two joined single beds and two bunk beds.

All units have a kitchenette with a hotplate, a refrigerator, and basic kitchen equipment, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a direct or side view of the sea.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a television. Wi-Fi internet is available in the garden, and in most of the units (with a lower signal). A hair dryer can be requested at the reception. Rooms are cleaned and sheets and towels are changed every 3-4 days.

Guests have at their disposal a fenced garden with a summer house, barbecue, outdoor shower, and lots of natural shade. Private parking has space for 12 cars, so availability is not always guaranteed.
