Helena's Apartments are located near the town of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 290 meters from the beach. The property is situated in a quieter part of the town, within walking distance of the center, shops, restaurants, and the promenade. The accommodation offers studios and apartments suitable for 3 to 5 guests, depending on the unit type.

Helena's Apartments consist of several accommodation units of different types, arranged within a property featuring a landscaped courtyard and private parking. Suite Apartments with two separate bedrooms (can accommodate up to 5 persons)

Suite apartments are located on the second floor of the building and consist of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a large terrace.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom features either two connected single beds or another double bed. The living room includes a sofa bed suitable for one person.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay and includes a mini stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and basic kitchen utensils. The living room contains a TV, air conditioning, dining table, work desk, and fireplace. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower with curtain. One apartment of this type offers a sea view from the bedroom.

Superior Apartments with separate bedroom (can accommodate up to 4 persons)

Superior apartments are organized as accommodation units with one separate bedroom, a living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, and terrace.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room contains one or two sofa beds intended for additional accommodation. These apartments are spacious and bright, suitable for families or smaller groups of guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a mini stove, refrigerator, and basic utensils for meal preparation. The apartments include air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, makeup mirror with chair, and work desk. The bathroom is private and equipped with either a bathtub or shower cabin, depending on the accommodation unit.

Studio Apartments with separate bedroom (can accommodate up to 3 persons)

Studio apartments feature a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed suitable for one person. These accommodation units are located in the semi-basement part of the property, a few steps below ground level.

The studios include a kitchen with dining area, equipped with a mini stove, refrigerator, and basic kitchen utensils for everyday meal preparation. Guests also have access to air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, and a makeup mirror with chair.

Bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower. In some units, the shower area is separated by a curtain, while certain units have bathrooms with a specific layout arrangement.

All accommodation units feature mosquito nets, a private terrace with awning, seating furniture, and a clothes drying rack. Guests also have access to a small landscaped garden with flowers and walking paths through the courtyard. Private parking is available within the property, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.

Towels are changed after three nights, while bed linen is changed after five nights.
