Description
The Hanioti house near the sea is located 30m from the beach in Hanioti (second row from the sea), on Kassandra and contains two apartments (each 52m2) next to the Naias hotel, in a quiet part of town. They are ideal for family accommodation and can accommodate 6 people each.
Accommodation
Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and an additional 2-3 beds in the living room, air conditioning, WIFI internet, TV LED (Total TV with Serbian channels), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and dishes, a stove with a flat plate and an oven. , microwave oven, refrigerator and toaster. An iron and a solar panel with 300 liters of hot water are available to guests. Each apartment has its own 4 sunbeds and a parasol.
A parking space is provided in front of the house.
The apartment owners are from Serbia and receive reservations EXCLUSIVELY by phone (Viber/WhatsApp) in Serbia 063 404 248.

Početkom septembra smo boravili u apartmanu u prizemlju. Apartman je prostran, čist i poseduje sve što je neophodno za udoban i prijatan boravak, a na plaži su za goste apartmana na raspolaganju ležaljke i suncobrani. Savršena saradnja sa vlasnikom. Ocena: 10 😊

Bili smo u apartmanu u pizemlju 10 dana, utisci su podeljeni, ni tamo ni ovamo Pozitivne strane: Kuca je bas blizu mora, 20ak metara, u ceni uracunate 4 lezaljke i 2 suncobrana, suncobrani se nose od smestaja do plaze, apartman prostran. Negativne strane: Ako ima gostiju u apartmanu na spratu, skoro se sve cuje, pogotovu kada su na terasi koja je tacno iznad spavace sobe, zatim apartman je ukopan, mi smo mislili da je to malo, medjutim to je nekih 1.6-1.7 metara u zemlji, samo mali prozori su van zemlje, promolite glavu i na plocniku ste, nema terase, imaju stolice i sto ispred, ali nije neki utisak, internet nije najboljrg kvaliteta, tv je smart, ali malih dimenzija i ostecen, higijena generalno nije bila na nekom nivou, dosli smo dan kasnije jer nam cerka imala temperaturu i gazda je tek pred nas dolazak kao cistio smestaj, sa domestosom, nismo smeli dete 2-3 sata da uvedemo u smestaj, naravno dan sto nismo bili tu smo platili, znaci higijena mora biti stepen iznad, kako sto se tice posudja tako i posteljina, carsafa itd. Iskreno za ove pare, nama je bilo 60e/danu polovinom septembra moze mnoogoo bolje, a mozda jednostavno nama nije ovaj smestaj prijao, nekome mozda hoce.
