Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

GreenWood Maisonette is located in Fourka, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 400 meters from the beach. The maisonette is situated in a quieter holiday home complex surrounded by greenery and is intended to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Accommodation

GreenWood Maisonette is organized as an independent maisonette and includes a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and an outdoor area intended for guests’ stay.

One bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed intended for two guests, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. The living room is intended for daily relaxation and guests’ stay, equipped with a sofa bed and connected to the kitchen area, which is located a few steps below this space. The living room also includes a TV and air conditioning.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to a stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, and essential kitchen utensils for everyday use.

The maisonette has two bathrooms equipped with showers and basic toiletries.

The outdoor area includes a garden and a space intended for outdoor relaxation, surrounded by natural greenery.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and provides Wi-Fi internet access. Guests also have access to a Smart TV, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, bed linen, and towels. The maisonette has a private entrance.

Free parking is available within the property.
