Grammeni's Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, 130 meters from the nearest beach. Paradisos beach is 600 meters away, and the city beach is 1.4 kilometers away. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and offers a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.

Accommodation

The apartment is pleasantly decorated, with sea and sailor motifs. It has a separate entrance and soundproofing. It offers two bedrooms with double beds, and a baby cot can be added on request. The living room features a corner sofa that can be extended into a double bed.

The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, a stove, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a dining table. The private bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a hair dryer.

Guests have at their disposal two covered terraces with a table, chairs, and a view of the garden and the sea.

Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.
