Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

GardenScape Apartment 2 is located in Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 3.7 km from the beach, which can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The apartment is intended for up to 7 persons.

Accommodation

GardenScape Apartment 2 is situated on the ground floor and consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the courtyard and garden.

The first bedroom has a double bed intended for two persons. The second bedroom has a double bed and one single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for accommodating two additional persons.

The kitchen is separate and functionally equipped for preparing meals during the stay.

The bathroom is separate and equipped with a shower, while a washing machine is also available to guests.

The apartment opens onto a private terrace with a sitting area. Guests also have access to a shared courtyard with a landscaped garden, including a barbecue area, outdoor living space, as well as swings and facilities for children.

Private parking is provided within the property. A baby cot and an additional auxiliary bed can be provided upon request.
