Cancelation policy
• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Filianna Apartments are located in Nea Fokea, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 60 meters from the beach. The property offers three apartments accommodating from 2 to 4 guests, depending on the accommodation unit.

Filianna Apartments consist of three separate accommodation units: Filianna Apartment Avgerinos, Filianna Apartment Afroditi, and Filianna Apartment Aposperitis. All units are organized as apartments with a kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor area for guests’ use.
Filianna Apartment Avgerinos (can accommodate up to 2 persons)
The apartment is organized as a unit with one bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace. The bedroom features a double bed intended for two persons. The kitchen is functionally equipped for daily meal preparation and connected to the dining area. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. The apartment includes two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace. The rooms are organized to accommodate up to four guests, making the apartment suitable for families or smaller groups. The kitchen is equipped with all essential elements for meal preparation during the stay. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower. The terrace overlooks the beach and the seaside surroundings.
Filianna Apartment Aposperitis (can accommodate up to 4 persons)
This accommodation unit features two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private outdoor area. The kitchen is equipped for meal preparation during the stay, while the bathroom is private and fitted with a shower. Guests also have access to a private courtyard suitable for outdoor relaxation.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide Wi-Fi internet access. Guests also have access to a TV, washing machine, iron, and additional amenities for everyday use.
