Description

Erietti Studios is located in Leptokarija, in the Pieria area, right on the seafront and approximately 25 meters from the beach. The property is positioned along the coastal road, close to central shops and amenities. It offers three studio units that can accommodate from 2 to 3 guests.

Accommodation

Erietti Studios consists of three studios situated on the first floor of the building, designed as open-plan spaces combining the sleeping area, kitchen, and dining area, along with a separate bathroom.

Each studio features a double bed suitable for two guests, while some units also include an additional bed in the form of an extra bed or a sofa for a third person. The space is bright, with direct access to a terrace offering a sea view and equipped with outdoor seating furniture.

The kitchen is part of the studio and includes essential equipment for preparing meals during the stay. Each unit also has a dining area.

Bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower, along with basic toiletries.

All studios are air-conditioned and provide Wi-Fi internet and a TV.

The sea is directly in front of the property, while shops, restaurants, and other amenities are located nearby.
