Cancelation policy
• If the reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded, minus a 30 EUR administrative fee.
• If the reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded (minus administrative fees). In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Elsa Apartments is located in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 510 meters from the beach. The property offers studio and apartment units that can accommodate from 2 to 3 guests.

Accommodation

Elsa Apartments consists of functionally organized accommodation units that are air-conditioned and feature a private bathroom, kitchen area, and terrace.

The studios and apartments include a double bed suitable for two guests, while some units also offer an additional bed in the form of a single bed or a sofa bed for a third person. The space is arranged to include a sleeping area and a living area, along with a dining table.

The kitchen is part of the unit and equipped with essential elements for meal preparation during the stay. Bathrooms are private and fitted with a shower, along with standard toiletries.

Each unit has access to a terrace with seating furniture. Some accommodation units offer a view of the sea or the mountains.

Parking is available near the property, without the possibility of prior reservation.
