• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

• Final cleaning is mandatory and charged €70 per reservation.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Elisa Luxury Suite is located in Nea Flogita, on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 100 meters from the beach. This modernly furnished accommodation is situated on the ground floor of a residential building and is suitable for 4 to 6 guests.

Accommodation

Elisa Luxury Suite is designed as a comfortable apartment featuring a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The central part of the apartment is an open-plan space that combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room includes a large sofa bed that can accommodate two persons. The kitchen is functionally connected to the living area, allowing for easy meal preparation and dining.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed suitable for two persons. The bathroom is separate and fitted with a shower.

The living room provides access to a terrace furnished with a seating set and a dining table, making it suitable for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors.

Parking is not available within the property, but street parking is possible depending on availability.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
