Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Eladia Suites is located in Neos Marmaras, Sithonia, 800 m from the beach in Neos Marmaras. There are two types of accommodation units in the offer, some of which have a sea view, and the accommodation capacity is up to 6 people.

Accommodation

Eladia Suites offers its guests apartments that are positioned on the first and second floor, with an area of 30 m², with a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartments are equipped with double beds suitable for two people, as well as a sofa bed suitable for two more people.

The second type of accommodation unit within Eladia Suites is the Suite with a terrace, with an area of 30m². It has a large terrace with outdoor furniture. This type of accommodation is also equipped with double beds suitable for two people, as well as a sofa bed suitable for two more people.

In all accommodation units there is also a kitchenette equipped with a coffee machine and 4 welcome capsules for the machine, a refrigerator, olive oil, a kettle and a microwave oven. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, as well as free toiletries (shampoo, shower gel). For a special atmosphere in the living room, there is a TV with free access to the Netflix platform. Wi-fi internet, ironing equipment, hair dryer are also available to guests.

Bed linen and towels are changed after five days of stay.

Accommodation guests also receive a 10% discount on brunch every morning from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Eladia DeliFood store located on the ground floor of the facility.

A bicycle rental service is also available.
