Chryssis Village

Chryssis Village is located in Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 360 meters from the beach. The complex was built in 2023 and features five maisonettes designed to accommodate up to 6 persons. The property is situated in a quieter part of the resort and is suitable for family stays and longer holidays.

Accommodation

All accommodation units feature two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two private bathrooms, and terraces intended for outdoor relaxation and everyday use. One maisonette is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

The maisonettes are designed to accommodate up to six persons. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area and is organized for guests’ daily gatherings and relaxation. Air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi internet are available to guests.

The kitchens are functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to an electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, toaster, basic cooking equipment, cookware and serving dishes, kitchen utensils, and a dining table.

The bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. Towels, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are available to guests. Hot water is available throughout the stay.

All accommodation units feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, and a private entrance. Bed linen, towels, mosquito nets, a washing machine, and clothing storage space are available to guests.

The property includes a courtyard, garden, and outdoor area intended for guests’ everyday use and relaxation. Free private parking is provided within the complex.
