Chora Luxury Suites is located in Paralia Dionysiou, on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 340 meters from a sandy beach.The property is organized as a smaller complex with a well-maintained courtyard and outdoor seating area. The space is modernly equipped and consists of four accommodation units.
Accommodation
Chora Luxury Suites includes three apartments and one studio. The units differ in capacity and layout but are all designed in a similar style and equipped for everyday living.Executive Comfort Suite
Located on the ground floor and is adapted for easier access for guests with reduced mobility. It is suitable for up to 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children). The unit is organized as an open-plan space with a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen area is integrated into the main space, while the bathroom is separate and equipped with a shower. In front of the unit, there is a terrace with outdoor seating. Small pets are allowed in this studio upon prior request.
Supreme Sea View Suite and Supreme Garden View Suite
Two apartments are organized on two levels (duplex) and can accommodate up to 4 adults. On the lower level (ground floor), there is a living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a kitchen, and one bathroom. The upper level (attic) features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Each apartment has a terrace with outdoor seating.
Panoramic Sea View Suite
The third apartment is also a duplex but with a larger capacity, accommodating up to 6 adults. On the first level (first floor), there is a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The upper level (attic) includes a bedroom with a double bed and an additional bathroom. The apartment has access to a terrace with seating furniture.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned (with air conditioning units in living rooms and bedrooms in apartments) and equipped for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, TV in the living room and bedroom (where available), a safe, and essential amenities for daily use.
A baby cot is available upon request, free of charge. Guests can also use a shared washing machine and dryer at no additional cost.
Housekeeping is organized daily or upon agreement, while bed linen and towels are changed depending on the length of stay.
Parking is available near the property, along the street, in an area designated for guests.
