Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Casa Nikolea is located in Afitos, on the Kassandra peninsula within the Halkidiki region, approximately 120 meters from the beach. This house can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Accommodation

Casa Nikolea is a traditional stone house organized as a single unit, consisting of a living room, three separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and two bathrooms.

All three bedrooms are equipped with double beds intended for two persons each, and every room features air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also includes an additional single bed. The living room is arranged as a central relaxation area, furnished with a seating set and a TV.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped for meal preparation, while the dining area is organized as a distinct space for dining. The house has two private bathrooms, both fitted with a shower and standard toiletries.

The house features a terrace with outdoor seating and a sea view, suitable for relaxing outside. Guests also have access to a yard with a designated area for rest.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and provides Wi-Fi internet. Additional amenities available to guests include a washing machine, iron, and other everyday essentials.
