• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

• Air conditioning 8 EUR per day.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 35 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Capital Lux Rooms is located 200 meters from the beach, in Nidri, on the island of Lefkada.

Offers modern units, pool and parking place for all guests.

Capital Lux Rooms consists of 22 units including 11 maisonettes, 2 triple studios and 9 double studios, all located on the ground floor and of the 1st floor.

Double studios (16m2) have a double bed or 2 single beds.

Triple studios (18m2) have one double bed and 1 single bed.

Quadruple studios (22m2) have a double bed and 2 single bed, all are on the ground floor.

Maisonettes (25m2) include 2 levels, sofa bed on lower level and a double bed on the gallery.
