• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Blue Retreat Studio is located in Lygia Beach, within the Preveza region, approximately 35 meters from the beach. The studio is situated on the ground floor of a building that features a total of three accommodation units. It is suitable for 2 to 3 persons.

Accommodation

Blue Retreat Studio is organized as an open-plan space that combines the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas.

The main part of the studio includes a double bed for two persons, while an additional sleeping option is provided by a convertible armchair. The kitchen is positioned near the entrance and is integrated with the rest of the space. The bathroom is separate and equipped with a shower.

The studio opens onto a terrace that is directly connected to the shared courtyard of the property. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating, allowing guests to spend time outside. The shared area with a garden offers additional comfort and a pleasant setting for relaxation.

Guests also have access to a gas BBQ for preparing meals outdoors.

Private parking is not available within the property, but street parking can be used depending on availability.

Upon request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.
An electric vehicle charger is also available for guests during their stay.
