• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €20 per reservation.
• Final cleaning is mandatory and charged €70 per reservation.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Blue High Apartment is located in Lygia Beach, within the Preveza region, approximately 35 meters from the beach. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building that features a total of three accommodation units. It is suitable for 2 to 4 persons.

Accommodation

Blue High Apartment is organized as a one-bedroom apartment that includes a living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom.

In the living area, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two persons. The kitchen is part of the same space and functionally connected to the living room. The bedroom is separate and furnished with a double bed suitable for two persons. The bathroom is separate and equipped with a shower.

From the living room, there is access to a terrace with a sea view, furnished with outdoor seating and suitable for spending time outside.

Within the property, guests have access to a shared courtyard with a landscaped garden and an outdoor seating area. An electric BBQ is available in the courtyard for preparing meals outdoors.

Private parking is not available within the property, but street parking can be used depending on availability.

Upon request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.

Guests also have access to an electric vehicle charger during their stay.
