Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Beachfront Villa is located in the outskirts of Possidi only one kilometer from the town, built among the trees less than 20 meters from the sea. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 94 km from the villa.

Beachfront Villa have 200 sqm and is split into three suites each having its own kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. All the rooms offer air-condition and fully equipped kitchen. Villa can accommodate 10 persons.
