Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Aventura Apartments is located 200m from the beach, in Potos, on the beautiful island of Thassos. Offers to its guests nice furnished, spacious and high quality accommodation units, outdoor patio, BBQ facilities and private parking.

Accommodation

Aventura Apartments consists of several detached building parts with 2 studios and 11 apartments.

Studios (40m2), are located in the basement of the house and do not have a terrace, but each has its own table with chairs in front. They have one double bed and a sofa from which another standard size bed can be pulled out. Can accommodate up to 2+2 persons.

Apartments (40m2) are located on the ground floor and on the first floor, include a bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa from which another bed can be pulled out as a drawer (same dimensions as the classic bed with standard mattress) and terrace. Fully equipped kitchen has stove, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. Two apartments face the street and have double glazed windows and balconies, for better sound insulation. The others face the inner courtyard. They can accommodate 4-5 persons.

There is another newly apartment (from season 2020) that is located on the ground floor, has bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchen, sofa bed (possible extra bed for 5th person upon request). Surface is 45m2, has 2 terraces, 2 TVs and 2 air conditionings.

Smeštaj je za svaku preporuku,najbolji apartman u Grčkoj u kojem smo bili. Apartman br.7 je prostran, sa ogromnom terasom koja gleda na dvorište, besprekorno čist,opremljen svime što je potrebno za boravak.

Sitnice koje nisu možda toliko važne,ali u velikoj većini grčkih apartmana ne postoje, ovde su obezbedjene: klima postavljena tako da može da rashladi ceo apartman, wifi koji zaista funkcioniše, posudje, sef, kupatilo sa uvek dostupnom toplom vodom, izbacivanje smeća svaki dan, kompletno čišćenje i zamena posteljine svakog trećeg dana.

Privatan parking preko puta zgrade delom natkriven. Plaža na 3min, kao i glavno šetalište, a opet je mirno i tiho uveče. Sve preporuke!
