Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Athina’s house by the sea is located only 85 meters from the sea, in the center of Nea Peramos and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The convenient location in the center of the town provides plenty of amenities, close to shops and the promenade. A mini market is 50 meters away, while a large supermarket is 650 meters from the property.

Accommodation

Athina’s house by the sea (85m2) is an apartment located on the second floor of the building and consists of two bedrooms with a double bed each, living room with two single sofa beds and a kitchen, bathroom and large terrace with street view.

Cleaning is done every 3 days.

Building has no elevator.
