Description

Art House Nikiti is located just 350 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers accommodation with a private garden for up to 5 adults and 3 children.

Accommodation

The house is spread over two levels connected by stairs.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofa beds, a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet.

On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The property is equipped with air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi internet access, and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests can enjoy a small, beautifully landscaped private garden, as well as a terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area. A built-in barbecue is also available upon request.

Private parking is not available. Vehicles can be parked on the street near the property or in a public parking area located 100 meters away.
