Apartment Nas Svet is part of the modern Evion II Residence complex, opened in 2026. It is located 400 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers access to a shared swimming pool and a private parking space.

Accommodation

Set on the ground floor, the apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with freezer, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and dining table. The private bathroom has a shower cabin.

The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Guests can enjoy a private terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area overlooking the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex.
