Description

Angelika House is located 130 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. This maisonette is part of an elegant residential complex with a shared garden and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.

Accommodation

The maisonette is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase.

The ground floor features a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a guest toilet.

The upper floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi internet access, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests can enjoy a terrace with outdoor seating and dining furniture.

Barbecue facilities can be provided upon request in the shared garden.

Private parking is not available, but guests may park their vehicles on the street near the property.
