• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Check-in: after 14:30; Check-out: until 10:00.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 60 days before the arrival.

Minimum stay
• 4 nights in the period 08/04-13/04;
• 5 nights in the periods 14/04 - 13/07; 29/08-31/10
• 7 nights in the period 14/07 - 28/08.

Holiday extension
• If the guest wishes to extend their vacation during their stay, we cannot guarantee that they will remain in the same villa.
• If the guest wishes to extend their vacation, they should contact the Anthemis Villas management in advance

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled more than 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 60-16 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later, the total ammount is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Alexandra Suite is a part of a complex Anthemis Villas, which is situated at the coastal settlement of Kariotes, on the visitor-favorite island of Lefkada. The complex is offering top-rate accommodation in a luscious green, serene and especially hospitable location, minutes away from the town of Lefkada and cosmopolitan Nidri.

At a distance of 3,5 km from the centre of the town and just 10 km from Nidri, you and your loved ones can enjoy their holidays in a home-away-from-home environment.

Alexandra and Fotis, the young couple who manage the villas, are Survey Engineers who have put their knowledge to practice to achieve a high aesthetic result, unembellished luxury and an emphasis on helpful details inside each villa, so that you may feel each novelty in a very familiar way in the hospitable environment at the heart of your vacation.

Anthemis Luxury Villas, brand new suite offers accommodations to 2-4 persons. It is ideal for a family with 2 children. The Suite has an area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, dining table, satellite LED TV and a bathroom.

Going upstairs, using the wooden stairs, there is a cosy and relaxing bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The suite has A/C. Outside of the Suite, our visitors can enjoy relaxing moments, using the modern furniture and sunbeds around the swimming pool.
