Alex & Billy House

Alex & Billy House is located in Nea Flogita, within the Nea Propontida area, on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 2.40 kilometers from the beach. The house is situated in a quieter area surrounded by greenery and is intended for accommodating up to 7 persons.

Accommodation

Alex & Billy House is organized as a detached house and includes a living room, three separate bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms, a terrace, and an outdoor area with a yard and garden.

The living room is intended for everyday relaxation and guests’ stay and is connected to the dining area. This space features a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a seating area.

The house has three bedrooms intended for accommodating up to seven guests. The bed arrangement is organized to suit families or smaller groups of guests. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds, while the third bedroom features one double bed and one additional pull-out bed.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to a stove, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, dining table, as well as basic cooking equipment and kitchen utensils for everyday use.

The accommodation has two bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, while the other has a shower and basic bathroom amenities. Towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries are available to guests.
