Cancellation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Kiosse Maisons is located in Nea Flogita, within the Nea Propontida area, on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 320 meters from the beach. The complex consists of four maisonettes situated in a quieter part of the town, within walking distance of the center, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The offer includes maisonettes suitable for accommodating from 5 to 7 persons.

Accommodation

Kiosse Maisons features maisonette-type accommodation units arranged on multiple levels. All maisonettes include a living room with a dining area, kitchen, private bathroom, separate bedrooms, terraces, and an area intended for outdoor stay.

Kiosse Maison 1 is suitable for accommodating up to 5 persons. This maisonette features two separate bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed intended for the accommodation of one additional person. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and single beds, as well as a wardrobe for storing belongings. The living area is intended for daily relaxation and is equipped with a seating area, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning.

Kiosse Maison 2 is suitable for accommodating up to 7 persons. The maisonette features three separate bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed suitable for additional accommodation. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds and storage space for clothes. The living room is connected to the dining area and equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning.

The kitchens in all accommodation units are functionally equipped for preparing meals during the stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, toaster, coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, dining table, as well as basic kitchen utensils and dishes for everyday use.

The bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower cabin and basic toiletries. Towels, a hairdryer, and bathroom amenities are available to guests.

All accommodation units have terraces and an area intended for outdoor stay, suitable for relaxation during the day and evening stay.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi internet is provided. Guests also have access to mosquito nets, clothes hangers, bed linen, and towels. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

For guests staying for a longer period, accommodation cleaning is organized every three days.

Parking within the property is not provided, but street parking is available near the complex.
